Job summary

Westlake Chemical invites an undergraduate chemistry student to join its Summer 2027 Chemist Internship in Kentucky. The program exposes you to real plant manufacturing activities under close supervision of a mentor, with opportunities to observe departments and contribute to daily tasks and safety programs.

As an intern, you will maintain an activity journal and present your work to management. Eligibility includes completing the second year, active student status, chemistry major, 3.0+ GPA,

Qualifications

• Must have completed second year of college.
• Must be an active student.
• Must be majoring in Chemistry.
• Must have a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
