Qualifications

• Engineering or Master’s degree in Chemical, Production or Mechanical, or similar streams.
• 3–8 years consulting and/or Chemical industry experience (mining or metal a plus).
• Knowledge of business processes in the industry, value chain and KPIs.
• Exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP and/or optimization tools and inventory management.
• Knowledge of SAP modules like SAP-PM, SAP-SD, SAP-PP, SAP-QM, SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP IBP, SAP TM or similar.
• Experience creating business cases and transformation roadmaps in Chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities to solve clients’ toughest challenges with exceptional people and tech.
• Help power growth and innovation for Chemicals clients through analytics, sustainability and customer experience.
• Develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions.
• Deliver solutions involving enterprise systems and digital technologies in chemical processing units.
