Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Finance Transformation Manager to lead complex SAP programs for Chemicals & Natural Resources clients. You will translate client goals into compelling roadmaps, define business cases, and drive end-to-end SAP finance solutions using best practices.

This role requires deep SAP experience (S/4HANA, product costing) and a proven ability to manage global delivery teams, collaborate with executives, and advocate AI-enabled finance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of SAP functional/technical expertise with Product costing.
• 5+ years of SAP projects for Chemicals & Natural Resources clients.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including planning, estimation and architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6-year work experience.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business need.

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and value of SAP solutions.
• Lead defining SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain benefits.
• Advise and design Finance solutions using latest industry and technology best practices.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations and trends; develop assets and best practices for transformation experts.
