Qualifications

• Students graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 with a bachelor's degree.
• Technical degrees such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry are a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Willingness to be geographically mobile – both during and after the internship.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales and Cross Functional Team members to solve sales and supply chain issues.
• Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations on project deliverables, product development, pricing, or supply chain choices.
• Own real responsibilities and deliver measurable results in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc.).
• Gain exposure to key business decisions, customer negotiations, and long-term sales strategies.
