Ascend Performance Materials seeks a Processor III to operate in the chemicals area. The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime when needed, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, troubleshoot equipment, and drive improvements using SAP, Excel, and process controls. The position interfaces with management and maintenance, with emphasis on ESSH compliance and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Florida Ready to Work requirements.
• Silver Rating or higher on Florida Ready to Work test.
• Cobra Test completed and Operator BOOT Camp completed.
• Must meet residency requirements for current position.

Responsabilités

• Meet area and shift commitments and maintain ESSH, production, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with other Processors and Leads to resolve shift issues.
• Participate in Housekeeping, 5S, and A2E improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot processing equipment; coordinate with maintenance to restore operations.
• Interface with Production Manager, Supervisors, Maintenance, and plant supervision.
• Utilize EXCEL, SAP, IP 21, Provox and DeltaV as needed.
