3V Sigma USA Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for our chemical manufacturing operations. You will follow work instructions, operate process equipment, and work in a team to meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires rotating day/evening/overnight shifts, willingness to OT, and basic computer skills. Prior forklift experience and reading/writing English are preferred, with strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and batch sheet SOPs.

Qualifications

• Operation and control of process equipment (reactors, dryers, hoppers, valves)
• Read, speak, understand and follow written English instructions
• Overtime willingness and rotating shifts

Responsabilités

• Follow work instructions, equipment operating procedures, quality standards and safety rules
• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet production goals
• Pack and stage products and ensure proper weight and labeling
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safety guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
