Shifts include day, evening, and overnight with weekend rotation. Candidates operate reactors, dryers, hoppers, valves, and packaging equipment; load raw materials; perform weighing; sample in-process material; maintain housekeeping and safety per OSHA guidelines.

Formación

• Operate and control process equipment (reactors, dryers, hoppers, packaging).
• Load/stage raw materials to production equipment and areas.
• Weighing operations including gross vs net weight.
• Package intermediates and final product on automated and manual lines.
• Follow Batch Sheet SOPs (cycle time, temperature, flow, weight, materials).
• Computer and Control Room operation to direct processes.
• Housekeeping to meet quality and OSHA standards.
• Quality control sampling of in-process material.
