Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely handle liquid and dry chemical products, load/unload trucks, operate forklifts, repack and label materials, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced facility.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, physical stamina for lifting and moving, and the ability to work varied shifts, including overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or US military experience.
• 2+ years experience in chemical operations preferred.
• Able to obtain forklift certification and operate forklift safely.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive/unload and prepare/load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts with certification; move materials within warehouse.
• Repackage products into proper containers with correct labeling and storage.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and inventory records.
• Assist in counting physical inventory and organizing stored materials.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Perform other duties including mixing and blending as required.
