Voyant Beauty is seeking a Chemical Receiver to accurately receive, document, and organize incoming chemicals and materials for warehouse operations. This role supports inventory management, safety, and compliance with GMP standards.

The position requires forklift operation capability, basic computer skills, and attention to detail to ensure proper labeling, storage, and coordination with purchasing and production teams. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• High school completion required; forklift preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems.
• Basic math for reconciliation and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Verify and document incoming shipments of chemicals and materials. Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality; enter receipt data into systems and label pallets.
• Maintain organized records for receiving documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed; support movement and staging of received materials.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with safety and GMP standards; wear PPE.
• Assist with chemical labeling, segregation and storage per safety regulations; coordinate with EHS teams.
• Assist purchasing and production to confirm material availability and notify delays.
• Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on handling equipment and report issues.
• Support audits with accurate receiving documentation and records.
• Participate in spill response drills and act as a receiving contact during emergencies.
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
