Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a skilled Chemical Analyst to perform laboratory testing and data analysis for assigned chemical projects. You will arrange test execution, define sampling plans, and compile formal test reports in compliance with ISO 17025.

The role requires 3–5 years in a chemical analysis lab, familiarity with GC-MS, ICP-OES, IC, and XRF, and strong English communication. Preference given to those with experience in third-party labs and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry or related subjects.
• 3–5 years of experience in a chemical analysis lab.
• Familiar with GC-MS, ICP-OES, IC, and XRF instruments.
• Knowledge of Prop 65, RoHS, REACH and ISO 17025 requirements.
• Able to define sampling locations and prepare chemical test reports.
• Experience in third-party laboratories preferred.
• Strong command of English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Mature, independent, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical testing and raw data analysis following SOPs.
• Arrange testing projects per customer/regulatory requirements; define sampling points, develop test plans, schedule and execute tests; compile reports.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
