You will operate reactors, load and unload systems, and manage auxiliary equipment on a 12-hour rotating shift in an open-air environment. Responsibilities include monitoring process variables, weighing and batching materials, recording data, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Mansioni

• Operates production equipment and monitors process conditions to maintain and achieve desired rates.
• Batch manufacturing: weigh and charge raw materials and transfer products to storage.
• Follow company policies to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Read, record and interpret data from instruments to adjust operations.
• Understand process variables impacting product quality and troubleshoot.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist in general cleanup.
• Support Ortec's goals of zero workplace safety incidents and participate in EHS programs.
• Mentor and train new personnel on process operations.
• Safely operate forklift, lifts and hand trucks.
