Responsibilities

• Operate reactors and peripheral equipment to support production of finish goods.
• Batch weigh and charge raw materials, transfer products between vessels and storage.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Read and interpret process data to maintain efficient conditions and quality.
• Monitor key process variables and adjust controls to maintain product consistency.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; assist with general cleanup.
• Participate in EHS programs and support zero-incident goals.
• Mentor and train new staff on process operations.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
