Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment safely to meet quality standards. You will work with chemical processes, ensuring SOP compliance and proper paperwork handoff.

The role requires a high school diploma and forklift operation, with a 7:00am to 3:30pm shift. Compensation is $23.00/hour plus 5% bonus eligibility, along with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching. Hawkins offers career growth within a stable industrial environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a chemical operator or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex and/or technical operations and procedures.
• Commitment to mandatory Environmental, Health & Safety training.

Mansioni

• Know the equipment and process operation; handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical material; operate, monitor.
• Control continuous and batch processes; adjust variables per SOPs.
• Communicate compliance, safety, and equipment needs as identified.
• Accurately fill out required paperwork and record operating data.
• Provide routine minor maintenance to process equipment and instrumentation.
• Comply with safety standards and report product safety incidents when needed.
• Operate safely following SOPs and regulations; maintain housekeeping.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
