Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to operate, handle, and maintain production equipment safely while meeting quality standards. You will monitor processes, document data, and perform routine maintenance within a team-focused plant environment.

The role requires forklift operation, strong safety focus, and good communication. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and holidays. Shift is 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a chemical operator or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read/write and understand technical procedures.
• Basic computer skills; prior MRP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, handle, and maintain production equipment safely while achieving production and quality standards.
• Know the equipment and process operation; handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical material; operate, monitor.
• Control continuous and batch processes; manual and automated operation; adjust variables per SOPs.
• Complete paperwork and record operating data; include test results and inventory sheets.
• Provide routine minor maintenance to process equipment and instrumentation.
• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; report incidents.
• Operate independently while following SOPs and company policies.
