• Proven expertise in process simulation, data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance on operation, optimization and troubleshooting of complex chemical processes.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for process upsets and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and update process documentation including P&IDs, SOPs and technical specifications.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Support process safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations in Randburg area.
