Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with process modeling software (Aspen Plus, Arena) and statistical tools.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and autonomous project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement new or modified production processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Use process simulation and statistics to model performance and guide improvements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate cross-functional implementation.

You will leverage data analysis and engineering principles to develop and implement process enhancements, working closely with on-site teams to ensure successful adoption and monitoring. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize process simulation software and statistical analysis tools to model and predict process performance.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for process implementation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process designs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, providing ongoing support and making necessary adjustments.
