Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to operate, handle, and maintain production equipment safely while achieving production and quality standards.

You will record process data, shipping and receiving paperwork, and perform routine maintenance. The job requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of chemical operator experience, forklift certification, strong communication, and basic computer skills (MS Office). Shift is 7:00am-3:30pm, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a chemical operator or equivalent.
• Able to operate an industrial forklift.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; MRP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control production equipment.
• Follow SOPs and ensure safety and compliance.
• Document operating data and outcomes as required.
• Provide routine maintenance to equipment and housekeeping.
• Report equipment needs to supervisor and coordinate with team.
