Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Process Tech to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment safely while meeting production and quality standards. The role requires handling chemical materials, following SOPs, and documenting data accurately.

Responsibilities include routine equipment maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and effective communication with team members. The position emphasizes safety, training, and adherence to environmental health guidelines in a fast-paced plant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a chemical operator or similar.
• Ability to operate an industrial forklift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and procedures.
• Must participate in EHS and process training; Level A PPE training where required.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office; MRP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control chemical processes per SOPs.
• Handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical materials.
• Document operating data and quality records.
• Provide routine maintenance to equipment and instrumentation.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with training.
