Job summary

PSC Group in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Process Operator to support plant operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will operate production units, perform routine tests, and help maintain logs and inventory while assisting with shipments and SOP updates.

The role requires 18+ years old, legal work status in the U.S., English fluency, and the ability to pass drug screen, background, and medical exams. On-site attendance is expected with shifts rotating regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical production units and supporting equipment to manufacture resins and catalysts
• Maintain reliable plant operations by properly operating all plant equipment and completing Preventative Maintenance work orders and safety equipment inspections
• Maintain accurate production unit logs, production batch work orders, time sheets, and inventory records
• Assist with the preparation of shipments and receiving chemicals or supplies
• Perform routine laboratory tests on process samples as needed
• Assist in the review, creation, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in daily Shift Team meetings to review any EHS items, Quality, maintenance activities, and the production schedule
• May be assigned additional duties to support overall site needs and business growth plans
