Job summary

PSC Group in Texas is seeking a Process Operator to join our plant operations team. You will operate chemical production units, perform routine lab tests, and support SOP updates to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in the United States.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, read, write fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
• Valid Driver's License and/or TWIC may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical production units and equipment to manufacture resins and catalysts.
• Maintain reliable plant operations by properly operating all plant equipment and completing PMs and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate production logs, batch work orders, time sheets, and inventory records.
• Assist with shipments and receiving chemicals or supplies.
• Perform routine laboratory tests on process samples as needed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate chemical production units and supporting equipment to manufacture resins and catalysts
• Maintain reliable plant operations by properly operating all plant equipment and completing Preventative Maintenance work orders and safety equipment inspections
• Maintain accurate production unit logs, production batch work orders, time sheets, and inventory records
• Assist with the preparation of shipments and receiving chemicals or supplies
• Perform routine laboratory tests on process samples as needed
• Assist in the review, creation, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in daily Shift Team meetings to review any EHS items, Quality, maintenance activities, and the production schedule
• May be assigned additional duties to support overall site needs and business growth plans

Job Qualifications:

• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule:

Day and Night Shift (Rotates every 2 weeks)
