Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to join the team in Texas. You will operate production equipment safely to achieve planned production volumes and quality standards, handling chemical materials and monitoring processes.

This role requires following SOPs, completing documentation, and maintaining equipment. The position emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a chemical operator or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
• Willing to work around chemicals and industrial machinery

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely to achieve production volumes and quality.
• Handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical material.
• Operate, monitor and control continuous and batch processes per SOPs.
• Accurately complete required paperwork including operating data, test results, instrument readings and inventory sheets.
• Provide routine maintenance to process equipment and instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
