Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Chemical Operator in Bridgeton, NJ to monitor and operate process equipment, recording temperatures, pressures, and flow rates while maintaining precise logs. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is required.
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of pressure, flow, temperature, gauges and related process measurements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate process equipment by recording temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and tank levels with accurate logs.
• Safely transfer materials between railcars, storage tanks, ISO containers, and process equipment following environmental, safety, and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor pumps, compressors, control systems, and other equipment to maintain unit performance and learn boiler and chiller systems.
• Collect product samples and support process optimization through control board operations and apprenticeship training.
