Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Chemical or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processing equipment (reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors).
• Monitor and control production processes for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Collect samples and conduct basic tests for quality.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols; document data.
• Rotate 12-hour day/night shifts on a 3-day/4-day cycle.
