Qualifications

- Associate degree in Process Technology or equivalent experience in chemical ops.
- 10+ years of onsite chemical plant process operator experience.
- Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing concepts and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate rotating and fixed equipment at a 24/7 chemical plant.
- Maintain accurate production records and monitor processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EH&S, and PSM regulations.
- Adjust process controls and troubleshoot to improve reliability.
- Record instrument readings and data, identify trends.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for optimizations.
- Carry out safety training and respond to emergencies.
