Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; math courses preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the chemical industry preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and follow SOPs.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules preferred.
• Complete Mapleton's Operator Certification Training Level I & II.
• Mechanical aptitude for process equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing duties for bulk chemicals, including manual operations and DCS tasks.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; attend mandatory safety meetings.
• Inspect tools and equipment; report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately.
• Weigh trucks, review shipping papers, and sign out shipments.
• Load/unload materials; sample products per SOPs; document data.
• Handover shift details and keep work area neat and compliant.
