Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years minimum experience in an industrial/manufacturing or chemical plant industry.
• 1 year chemical operations background strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on a 12 hour rotating shift schedule.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and initiative to learn processes.
• Ability to load and unload bulk liquid chemical trucks and rail cars.
• Ability to communicate across multiple levels of an organization.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standard work and standard operating procedures to ensure unit safety, quality and production goals are met.
• Responsible to take and interpret readings on various equipment assessing any variation to standard troubleshooting and taking action to redress and bring process back to standard.
