Kensing, LLC. in Illinois seeks a Chemical Plant Operator to manufacture quality finished goods and manage hazardous raw materials safely by following procedures, safety procedures, regulatory requirements and site standards and policies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the site.

You will monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, run reactors, sample products, enter data into SAP and batch records, and support safety and ISO programs while working 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred SAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of process equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to read instrument data and make adjustments to keep production efficient.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with safety permits, LOTO, and related regulatory practices.

Aufgaben

• Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of equipment to determine operating status.
• Read, record and interpret data from instruments and adjust as required.
• Perform maintenance such as purges, washes, dries, and recharges equipment.
• Draw samples and perform analytical tests to ensure manufacturing conform to specifications.
• Operate reactors and loading systems based on instructions and batch sheets.
• Enter data into SAP, Excel, and batch records for documentation.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished product to/from tanks and transport.
• Utilize forklifts to move materials and assist in outage support.
• Adhere to GMP standards and participate in site safety programs.
