Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant employees involved in chemical handling, transfer, and storage.
• Manage plant schedules to meet customer demand.
• Review and approve employee timecards for payroll.
• Provide counseling and corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure proper PPE usage per safety standards.
• Conduct biweekly safety training including HAZMAT and emergency response.
• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee rail handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate needs to management.
• Manage raw material inventories and maintenance programs.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Address customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.
