Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works on a team of two: a batch operator and a field operator; interacts with maintenance workers, contract employees, and supervisors.
• Ensures all equipment is well-maintained and runs safely and efficiently.
• Monitors operation of systems, records data, adjusts controls, and reports maintenance needs.
• Performs tasks such as cleaning filters, charging vessels, and transferring product.
• Maintains clean work areas and implements continuous improvement to optimize equipment performance.
• Directs daily workflows and coordinates tasks with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure safety.
