We are seeking dedicated Chemical Operators to support the continuous production of chemicals in Newark, NJ. This on-site role involves working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Join us to make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor process equipment.
• Maintain documentation such as batch sheets, spreadsheets, and control charts.
• Monitor processes using GLC and troubleshoot equipment and automation issues.
• Communicate effectively during shift changes and support safety and compliance initiatives.
• Support material movements and inventory accuracy, including proper labeling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of chemical process experience and prior equipment operation in a chemical plant.
• Knowledge of chemical processes and ability to operate forklifts.
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift, work overtime, and train others.
