Position Details

This is a 3rd shift position on our Membrane line. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am. The ideal candidate will have chemical mixing and/or rolled goods manufacturing experience and must be available to train on the second shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) for the first 2 months.

Responsibilities

1. Understand and follow all safety procedures.
2. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
3. Perform and document production of finished products and intermediates.
4. Perform and document testing on finished products and intermediates.
5. Follow manufacturing procedures and specifications.
6. Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
7. Complete all required documentation related to produced products (e.g., Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, Inspection Logs).
8. Document and report raw material consumption for all finished goods.
9. Clean mix vessels on assigned frequencies.
10. Communicate quality issues to appropriate personnel and provide necessary data for disposition of nonconforming material.
11. Ensure all operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
