Grace, a leading chemical manufacturer, is seeking a Chemical Operator at our Baltimore/Curtis Bay, MD plant. You will operate processing equipment, monitor plant operations, and perform routine maintenance while upholding strict safety standards.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to work in a high-hazard environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and type English.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed specifications and basic math.
• Must pass a Skills Assessment.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift (days/nights, holidays/weekends).
• 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processing equipment following SOPs.
• Serve as safety leader; uphold EH&S standards and report hazards.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain housekeeping and report plant status and data.
• Utilize PCs for reporting and communication; participate in required training.
