Job summary

Henkel Corporation is hiring for a 2nd shift Material Handler in the United States. The role conducts daily production scheduling, material pick and staging, and inventory control within the Adhesive Technologies unit. You’ll move drums, load batches with team support, and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

OT may be required. The position offers a $1.50 shift differential and requires working Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Read daily production schedule and identify product lines; complete transaction sheets and pick materials from the BPCS pick sheet.
• Pre-stage containers and raw materials for upcoming batches; pre-stage and pick partially filled containers for upcoming batches.
• Maintain stock levels of raw materials and containers.
• Load and check hot boxes inventories; communicate with other Material Handlers to ensure coverage.
• Transport dirty drums and finished goods to designated storage areas.

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2pm-10:30pm + OT as required | $1.50 Shift Differential

What you´ll do

• Read and discern production schedule daily; identify product lines by code; complete transaction sheets and pick material from the BPCS pick sheet; do inventory inquiries in BPCS.
• Pre-stage containers and raw materials for upcoming batches from pick list; pre-stage and pick partially filled containers for upcoming batches
• Maintain stock levels of raw materials and containers
• Load and check hot boxes inventories throughout the week, communicate with other Material Handlers to establish coverage.
• Transport dirty drums and finished goods to designated storage areas.
• Draw and load batches with assistance from other Operators
• Maintain an efficient workplace
