Job summary

Nexpera is seeking a Chemical Loader at our North Bend, OH site. This role ensures safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transfer of chemical products in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to operate forklifts and other equipment is required, with 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability and willingness to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload chemical products from railcars, tank trucks, totes, and storage vessels
• Perform routine inspections of loading equipment and transfer systems
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, yard trucks, and trackmobiles in a safe manner
• Verify shipping documentation and maintain loading records
• Monitor operations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
• Follow environmental, health, and safety policies and participate in safety meetings
