You'll weigh and mix ingredients, document batch details, and coordinate with QA. The shift includes training, uniform provision, and a collaborative environment focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of chemical manufacturing experience in a batch environment.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate standard or custom products per specifications.
• Track production schedule and set up batch sheets.
• Weigh, measure and mix raw materials in proper sequence.
• Record information on batch sheets and submit QA samples.
• Prepare finished product for container and shipping label.
