Daubert Chemical is seeking a Formulator to mix and blend chemical batches in a hands-on, safety-focused environment. You will track production schedules, weigh materials, and prepare products for shipping, with overtime and a second shift premium.

The company offers starting pay of $23.00–$24.00 per hour, shift premium on second shift, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of chemical manufacturing experience in a batch environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must read, write and speak English; team player.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude; familiar with valves, pumps, flow meters, condensers, sensors, PLC's, filters.
• Good problem-solving ability; efficient use of time within shift directives.
• Be able to demonstrate accurate math calculations and forklift operation after training.
• Punctuality and excellent attendance are expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheet instructions to set up, weigh, measure, and mix raw materials.
• Record required information on the batch sheet and submit samples to QA.
• Prepare approved finished product for container and shipping.
• Safely operate formulating procedures and assist Production Dept as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and keep equipment and work areas in good condition; follow PPE rules.
