Gurunanda in Buena Park, CA is seeking experienced Compounders to join our manufacturing team responsible for chemical mixing and blending in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong attention to detail, ability to weigh materials accurately, and are comfortable with overtime. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a Compounder, Blender, or Chemical Operator.
• Experience mixing and blending materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to weigh and measure materials accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use required PPE.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay Rate: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

iStaffing is hiring experienced Compounders for a leading oral care and dental hygiene manufacturing company in Buena Park, CA! We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates with experience in chemical compounding, mixing, or blending within a manufacturing environment.

Available Positions & Schedules

• 1st Shift – 1 Position: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift – 2 Positions: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately mix and blend chemicals according to formulas and batch specifications.
• Weigh and measure raw materials for production.
• Ensure batches meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate raw material inventory.
• Operate mixing and processing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize tanks, mixers, and other equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
