Job summary

Bulk Chemicals Incorporated seeks a Flex Operator for our industrial manufacturing and warehouse environment. The role blends wet and dry chemicals, handles materials, and assists in limited maintenance duties. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team, and follow safety protocols.

Experience in warehouse operations is preferred. The position requires forklift operation, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and compliance with PPE and respirator requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to read, understand, and follow batch tickets and related records.
• Forklift certification and safe forklift operation in a chemical plant preferred; ability to become certified.
• Familiar with chemical manufacturing safety and PPE; willingness to learn PPE usage.
• Respirator certification preferred with ability to become certified and wear as needed.
• Able to lift and move 50+ lbs safely and consistently.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed (typically under 2 hours/day).
• Authorized to work in USA and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow batch ticket instructions; determine material and equipment needs.
• Organize and kit raw materials; measure, weigh, dispense, and blend chemicals safely.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials and keep records.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and production areas; ensure proper PPE usage.
