Job summary

Sunrise FS in Illinois is seeking a role focused on operating and supporting chemical bay activities to ensure product delivery to operators and proper equipment function. The position requires CDL and pesticide applicator licenses, physical capability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility for seasonal hours.

Responsibilities include blending according to rates, inventory control, and assisting with warehousing and logistics, plus equipment maintenance and ticket editing.

• Basic computer skills as they relate to the custom application business.

Responsibilities

• Blend chemicals according to recommended rates and procedures.
• Performs inventory control.
• Seasonally assists the Location Manager in all seed treatment operations including warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
• Records and tracks application loads sent out to operators.
• Prepares material handling, blending and storage equipment for blending and delivery of product.
• Repairs and rebuilds equipment as needed.
• Edits blend tickets.
• Maintains good housekeeping in work area and warehouse.
• Works in other departments during off peak season.
