Job summary

Veolia is seeking a shift-based role at our Illinois facility to operate chemical blending equipment and manage material handling. You will monitor instrumentation, adjust process speeds, record data, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting LEAN and environmental programs.

The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team or independently. Willingness to work multiple shifts and comply with safety requirements is essential.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with a team and independently.
Must be able to work different shifts and wear a respirator when required.
High School Diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
Preferred: Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

Operate chemical blending equipment and adjust speeds.
Monitor and calibrate recording instruments and sensors.
Record process data and shipments; verify conditions for safety and quality.
Coordinate with maintenance to correct equipment malfunctions and optimize plant utilities.
Support Environmental, Health, Safety, and LEAN programs and policies.
