Naked Farmer is opening a new Fort Lauderdale location and seeks a Chef Operator to lead a passionate team in a scratch kitchen. You will drive culinary excellence and guide operations to support growth and strong guest experiences.

You will oversee the full restaurant, mentor staff, manage costs and logistics, and partner with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure quality and health standards in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on challenge and growth, join us.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management or operations with P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven ability to run efficient restaurant operations and manage costs

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including costs, labor, guest experience, and sales growth.
• Inspire and coach your team to build daily disciplines and high standards.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
• Lead new initiatives and manage their implementation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ensure health protocols and culinary excellence are upheld across service areas.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
