Job summary

CulinArt Sector, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations. You will oversee inventory, ordering and receiving, while driving menu development and local sourcing with a focus on cost control and sustainability.

Qualifications

Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or similar.
Inventory, purchasing controls, and cost-management experience.
Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation and presentation.

Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
