Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company. We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager for our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of both culinary and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full culinary operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Maintain knowledge of P&L accountability; contract-managed service experience is desirable
• Develop menus, control costs, and oversee purchasing and inventory, focusing on sourcing local food products
• Demonstrate a passion for sustainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP
• At least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings with inventory and purchasing control
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking
• Knowledge of P&L accountability; contract-managed service experience is desirable
• ServSafe certification is a plus
