Job description

Texas law firm has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for ATTORNEYS ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS who seek to work part-time and semi-remotely, in the geographic area of their residence.

The ideal candidate is a solo practitioner who is seeking additional work, but who does not want to: (1) incur additional expenses for advertising and marketing, (2) spend time attending “networking” and other client-development events, and (3) manage or perform back-office tasks such as client billing and collections.

Applicants must be competent to serve as Lead Counsel in matters involving general civil litigation, commercial and real estate-related litigation, and family law litigation.

Successful applicants will NOT be associate attorneys who are constrained by the structure and requirements of a traditional law firm. Except for tasks which require in-person appearances (e.g., some court appearances, depositions, etc.), Attorneys may work from home or from any other suitable location.

Attorneys who are invited to join the Firm must be experienced, responsible, and motivated “self-starters,” who are “client-service” oriented.
