Job Responsibilities

• Assist the account manager in establishing and organizing the implementation of the ARAMARK Environmental Services program according to standardized procedures.
• Manage catering routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Manage crew scheduling, shifts, and attendance to support service quality during mealtime.
• Continuously improve work efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct safety training to promote safety awareness and maintain a safe workplace.
• Manage inventory, tools, materials, and fixed assets; maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain good internal communication and collaboration, focusing on problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish effective communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
• Conduct training to enhance service skills and capabilities; maintain detailed work journals and handover checklists.

Qualifications

Education:

• College degree or higher.

Work Experience:

• At least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in the catering industry; experience in large-scale property management, five-star hotels, or customer service management preferred.

Vocational Qualifications:

• Knowledge of catering and coffee shop procedures and standards; familiar with professional service systems and operations. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); some English language skills.
