Job Description:
Blessed Trinity Catholic School is accepting applications for the position of Enrollment Director for the 2025-2026 Academic School Year.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and retention.
Set enrollment goals in collaboration with school leadership.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, providing timely follow-up and support.
Maintain accurate admissions records using enrollment system.
Coordinate school tours, open houses, and prospective family interviews.
Assist families with financial aid and grant inquiries.
Ensure proactive engagement with unregistered students.
Prepare applicant files and manage enrollment documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Support additional administrative duties as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred
Ability to appreciate and communicate a passion for Catholic elementary education
Experience in a parochial or not-for-profit environment preferred.
Understanding of Catholic Identity
Superior communication skills, ability to conceptualize and execute strategic plans, the ability to interact confidently and effectively with school staff, students, donors, trustees, school administration, the media, and alumni
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms, Google Suite, database management.
