Job Summary

This is a Great Opportunity to join a reputable company. We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to oversee culinary and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full culinary operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Possess knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience (desirable)
• Develop menus, control costs, and handle purchasing and inventory, focusing on sourcing local food products
• Maintain a passion for sustainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP
• At least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings with inventory and purchasing control
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, food costs, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services (desirable)
• ServSafe certification is a plus
