Summary

The Faith Kids Campus Director will work alongside the Faith Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision, and direction that create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere of discipleship and evangelism for children, parents, and volunteers at one of our Campuses. The Director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events at their Campus and collaborate closely with the Global Kids Pastor in executing and managing campus activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee children's ministries at the Campus.
• Implement and enforce policies and standards.
• Work with the Global Kids Pastor to evaluate and improve programming.
• Lead and build teams for weekend children's ministry.
• Maintain weekly communication with leaders and parents.
• Develop community among parents and equip them for discipleship.
• Maintain security standards.
• Track growth and seek community engagement opportunities.
• Oversee weekend children's experiences and service quality.
• Assist in planning ministry events like Kids Fest, Summer Camp, etc.

Competencies

• Deep love for the Church and a mature Christian faith.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop volunteers.
• Competency in Planning Center, ProPresenter, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
• Ability to plan and execute projects and articulate vision.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid theological understanding and awareness of current children's ministry trends.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

Work Environment

Professional office setting with standard equipment. During services and events, high energy is required for extended periods.

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary office work; active during services and events.

Position Type and Hours

Full-time, 40-45 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and special seasons like Christmas and Easter.

Travel

Local campus-to-campus travel and occasional overnight trips.

Education & Experience

• Intermediate experience level.
• Ministry-centered Bachelor's degree.

Preferred

• Pastoral credentials.
