Qualifications

• Previous restaurant and kitchen experience is required.
• Schedule may vary; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Pay range: $18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises hourly kitchen staff including interviewing, scheduling, payroll and training.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and service schedules.
• Maintains sanitation and proper temperatures; ensures inventory and quality control.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
