Compass Group USA, in partnership with Restaurant Associates, is seeking CHEF for full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles at Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, PA. Responsabilidades

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and pantry staff, schedules, payroll, training and performance reviews.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
